mame4droid mobile

Mame4droid is a Mame emulator that allows you to play thousands of classic titles on your Android device.

Just as a clarification, the app itself doesn't include any games, but rather offers the ability to play them. That is, you will have to download the roms separately, which is not really difficult either.
